AWNINGS PURCHASING PROCEDURE

We have tried to make it a simple as possible to buy things from us using this Online Shop.  However, it is not possible for you to purchase Awnings through our Online Shop.

Awnings (Toldos) are made to measure for each and every client as each and every client’s needs are different.  Zonda’s Awnings are manufactured in the UK and delivered to Portugal in approximately 3 weeks.  We then make an appointment to visit and install your awning.

Before an order can be placed we need to visit your intended site to measure and make an assessment of installation issues and to give you an opportunity of choosing your fabric pattern from our extensive range.  Only then can we give the UK factory the correct specification.

Please contact us using the website contact facility or telephone our sales team on 00351 289 356 233 to make an appointment for one of our trained sales team to visit you.  Following our visit we will e-mail, fax or telephone you a quote, usually with 24 hours.  This quote will include IVA and installation.  If you are happy with the quote we will need 50% deposit in order to proceed with the order.  This payment may be made in cash, by cheque or with credit or debit card in our shop or by bank transfer to the following account:

Once payment is received we will place your order.

Once we are informed by the factory that your awning is finished and has been despatched to Portugal we will contact you to make an appointment to come and install it for you.  With a single awning the installation normally takes around half a day.
