Maybe you are one of our loyal band of existing clients who are fascinated to see what’s new. This new website has replaced our old site zonda-thebbqshop.com, so if you arrived here through the old route, don't worry, you're in safe hands. Roger, Judith and Lee are still here trying our best to help you enjoy life here in the Algarve.

This website has been developed in order to offer our clients, actual and potential, the ability to BUY ON-LINE. No need to visit the showroom if you don’t wish to. Existing clients will know us well and will probably be happy to buy without touching and feeling the product because they trust our choice and are confident of the quality.
New clients may still prefer to come into the showroom to see at first hand who we are, how we do business and what our products are really like. Once in the showroom you will see that we are all friendly and easy to get along with and always prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure your total satisfaction. And there’s nothing we like more than getting to know you and being able to help with your purchasing decision.
PRICE REDUCTIONS

Believe it or not, we are now officially in Springtime, the almonds have flowered and the wild freesias are bursting with perfume. I have it on good authority that soon the rain will stop and we will be able to resume our normal outdoor lifestyles! But, for a few months yet, some form of outdoor heating is advisable and Zonda is well-placed to offer the very latest Quartz Radiant Patio Heaters, called the RIO. These heaters are small, totally water-proof and provide 1.5 Kw of environmentally-friendly radiant heat. They are ideal inside or out on a covered terrace. We are still able to order the Algarvian which is totally weather-proof. The Rio needs to be connected to a 13amp socket and costs less than €0.20 cents per hour to run. Unaffected by the wind this form of radiant heat is much more efficient than gas.
THE REALLY BIG NEWS is that we have recently decorated the inside of Zonda's 200 square metre showroom and have opened a new 'shop within a shop'. LINDY VELAS has been supplying high quality Outdoor Furniture and accessories in the Algarve for many years and we are now very proud to announce the opening of the LINDY VELAS SHOP AT ZONDA. Come to the Zonda showroom to see a selection of the Lindy Velas range of Outdoor Living products including 4 SEASONS and BOREK outdoor furniture together with many stylish outdoor living accessories such as candles and candlesticks, nesting boxes, door stops, clocks, barometers and many other knick-knacks.
OUR PRICING POLICY & PRICE PROMISE
We are all aware of the continuing weakness of Sterling to a point where the pound and the Euro were almost at parity. The effects of this are numerous – but not all negative.
For example, our business is built around selling high quality products that we source from their place of manufacture. We no longer import from China, being concerned with quality issues, so some products are imported from the Euro zone, but
others are imported from the UK and it is these where we are seeing some major fluctuations in pricing. Our Euro payments clearly purchase more product with a weaker pound than they used to when the pound was stronger.
It would have been very attractive for us to use this situation to improve profit margins but we are resisting this approach, passing on all of the exchange rate benefits to our customers in the form of reduced prices.
We have always tried to offer our customers the best products at the best prices and last year we reinforced this commitment with a PRICE PROMISE.If you buy from us and subsequently find the identical Product Offering elsewhere within the Algarve at a lower price, we will refund the difference. This year we have again been copied by one of our competitors but 'Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery' and, rest assured that Zonda will continue to offer you innovations that guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
We sincerely hope that this will allow you to shop at Zonda with confidence that you are getting the best value for money. Those of you who are existing clients know we already provide a level of service that others only aspire to.
