We are so lucky to live in a warm climate but there are occasions when the temperature drops and it becomes a little chilly. Rather than moving inside why not add some artificial heat.
Not so long ago this was accomplished through log, coal or charcoal braziers. Then along came Chimeneas, originally used in South America, then gas patio heaters. Now the latest development is Electric Quartz Patio Heaters. These are more environmentally friendly than all of the previous methods.
Quartz Heaters are the only heaters to not lose their heat when the wind blows. The heat is radiated in the same way as the sun’s heat and does not heat air! This means that it doesn’t blow away. These heaters only heat objects, us!
Not only that but they are directionally focused. Heat is only radiated where the heaters are pointed. This had the distinct advantage of the heaters being able to be mounted beneath an awning or a parasol. There is no danger of fire or damage being caused.
These heaters are instantaneous. Just flick the switch and the heat is instant.
Many users have three or four mounted around the house and, depending on the preferred seating area, one or more is switched on.
